Great photo and powerful message, Arindam. This was a hard habit for my folks to quit. My Dad quit after he had pneumonia. I was about 21 and had never seen him that sick before. My Mom quit after she had cancer. She said she still dreamed about smoking two years after quitting.
yes it’s difficult to quit this habit. It takes some time and a great deal of determination to quit this habit.
Happy birthday, Judy!! I am sure you are having a great day!!
Thank you, Arindam. It was very sweet of you to remember my birthday. Family and friends make this a very special day.
Oh definitely! Please quit!

A simple and great photo with a strong message. I like your black and white processing with the glow left with its colours.
Thanks a lot, Otto!! Appreciation from you means a lot.
Great shot, great goal! My hairdresser just quit smoking 4 months ago. He’s a super health conscious guy, so it’s crazy that he was still smoking. He reports feeling oh so much better without the filthy, expensive things. Hope you will share his success. (I assume you are toying with quitting.)
