Few weeks earlier, I came across a song of Selena Gomez, which goes like this- “I love you like a love song baby”. Now it’s among one of my favorites. But does really love song describe, “how much we love  a person” ? I hope not. Every love story can’t be just like a love song; where only dreams matter not reality. Still it does not mean that, in those love stories love is missing. The only thing is that, Love is not the only thing that can make two people stay together and happy.

“True love begins when nothing is looked for in return.”- Antoine se saint

If a person loves another person; it does not need to be end up with marriage. Some love stories remains incomplete; but still they are beautiful. Then what’s bad to sing a sad song with the same amount of love in it, if it’s not possible to sing a love song.

Why not to try & tell that person, “Do you want to know how much I love you. If yes, then let me tell you that, I do not love you like a love song; I love you like a sad song. A love song is beautiful; and yes it’s magical, lyrical. But I am trying to be practical. I want to see you happy without me, rather that sad with me. I feel sad songs are more beautiful than love songs, just like a girl looks more beautiful, when she has tears in her beautiful eyes. A love song describes how a girl means everything to a boy. But I want to sing a song for you, which may be a sad one; but it’s going to describe how love can be sometimes unconditional; yet pure &real.”

Two people may love each other, but still it may happen that they can never stay together. It does not mean they are not made for each other. They both are like two ends of a bridge, which has no value if they will stay together. They are like two birds flying in the sky that to be in a same direction; but they know they will end up there journey with two different destination. They are like two trains, running towards the same direction, but they can’t run on a single track together. They are like two sides of the river; who can only walk through this journey parallely, but not together holding each other’s hand. But what they can do is, they will not let that, river which is flowing between them to be full of pain, sorrows and regrets. They must walk through this journey, letting the river of love separating them.

“I love her and that’s the beginning and end of everything.” – F. Scott Fitzgerald.

It’s not possible to get whatever we all wish in life; it may be in a relationship or it may be in the virtual world. Many of us want to fly in the sky. But we all know it can’t be possible. But does this ever end up with each one of us hating the beautiful sky? No, we all love the beauty of the sky; even though knowing that, we can never touch it, we can never feel it with our hands. So what we do, we all try to search our happiness, peace while staying on the surface of earth. Similarly what if two people who can never touch each other, still they can still love each other, they can pray for happiness of each other. They can still keep their love as pure as the water flowing through the river. And no one can stop them in doing so.

So why to meet that person whom we love at some point of time in life, with regrets, anger and tears in our eyes; why not to keep those emotions like love and care for each other… with us through out the whole journey of life. So if you can’t love a person just like a love song; then do not feel ashamed or hurt to love that person just like a sad song.

“Do not fall in Love …. If you can then try to rise in love and rise to such a height that one day, you both can be proud of your love. ” Sometimes it’s better to live life with little bit of emptiness in it; that emptiness is going to motivate you to do something extraordinary in life.
