——————————————————————————————-

Once upon a time, the world was undivided, beautiful & peaceful. We the people, divided it in to various countries; according to the language we speak, the culture we follow, the god we believe in. Now we humans are somehow forgetting that, everything we call as our own; our homes, our country nothing is out of this world. So unless we all consider this world to be our own; and we all human beings belong to each other; one day everything will come to an end . Let’s hope we will not let this to happen. It’s fine that we are searching for another planet, where life can exist. But We will make this planet the most beautiful and peaceful among all the planets. Am I right? I hope I am….

We divided the lands in to various countries; But what we were not able to do was to  divide the sky. It is still the one, which covers all of us with a layer of hope, a layer of dreams and a layer of peace. Everyday that same sun rises and brings a light of hope that- “everything is possible, unless we quit. So we all need to work towards our dreams. Everyday the sun sets and gives us a hope that- “there is always a tomorrow. What if today was not our day; tomorrow we will again try and achieve all those things which we want to achieve.”

But the Sun never sets leaving all of us in darkness. Rather what it does-  it gives a chance to moon to make this world beautiful with its light. The moon  not only brings love , romance or togetherness in to our lives but also it brings a hope to all of us, that the world in actual really beautiful and peaceful and we all need to  keep this world as beautiful and peaceful as it is.

With the hope that, we will all get our share of success, our share of happiness, our share of peace;  and with the hope that, we will make our tomorrow more beautiful than today; so that our next generation will live in a world which we hope to live in; it’s time for me to say good bye to you all. I hope you will all agree with me. :)

“Keep the hope alive, and let’s turn the dream in to reality.”

  1. Wonderful post! I love the photos & quotes. The last photo looks so dramatic at first sight, at second sight you can see the lil blue spot “the hope” between all the dark – fantastic!

  2. Beautiful photos followed by a beautiful post. Excellent job Arindam! I’m so glad you’ve made a contribution to the Weekly Photo Challenge. I “hope” you stick with it!

    • Thanks a lot Joe. :) The moment I came to know that, this weeks challenge is hope, I decided to go for it. One of those post which I have written, to post in future is on hope. It’s called, “Like it or dislike it, I am going to hope it”. So this post was just like synopsis to that one.

But to be honest I am not sure, if I will stick with this challenge. But I am also hoping I will. Let’s see. By the way it’s fun to be part of this challenge. :)

  3. Love the quote about hope being the only thing to get you though the tough times. That is sooo true. Love what you have done here. The sunset photos, and colors are amazing. Your thoughts are too. The sky not being divided? Awesome. I hope the same thing. Thank you for this.

    • Nice to see you in my blog after a long time, Angelia. :)
You made my day, by mentioning the quote given by me among so many great people’s quotes. Thanks a lot for this beautiful comment. It’s my pleasure to see you in my blog.

  4. Your words . . . if “we all consider this world to be our own; and we all human beings belong to each other;” are wise words worth remembering. Excellent post on hope :)

  5. Arindam, I really enjoyed reading the captions that accompanied your lovely photographs. You put together a beautiful, meaningful rendition of hope. Thank you for sharing.

  8. Beautiful photos and awesome post! I almost used the Albert Einstein quote in my “Hope” post, but it fits much better in yours.

  9. “When a person goes through the toughest days of his life; Hope is the one and only thing that makes life worth living.” That is true my friend. I’ve been to that situation and hope makes you believe that somehow all hardship will pass. It does everytime. Love and hope emboldens our heart and make us face each new day with faith. Thanks for such a wonderful, inspiring post….amazing pictures that brightened my day!

  10. Hope is what makes us keep going forward even in the darkest of times. Stay with the hope, my friend. And know that the toughest days of one’s life is also a time for growth and expansion. Remember the saying, what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger. And you seem stronger for every day. And beautiful and at the same time melancholy post. And beautiful photos. Thanks for all the wisdom through the quotes.

    • “What doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger”. I will remember it forever. It’s so true. We all become stronger and stronger, with passing every hurdle of life.
Thanks a lot for these kind words. It’s always feels nice to read your comments and you always give us a chance to learn something new about creativity through your blogs.

  11. lots of brilliant quotes in your post but imo the best is yours: “But the Sun never sets leaving all of us in darkness” What a wonderful summation of hope…great pics, great thoughts, great blog! I’m subscribing!

  12. What a beautiful and well put together post, Arindam. You really captured the feeling of hope from the sky views all around you. And the quotes you selected for each photo fit them perfectly. I can tell you put a lot of thought into this post — I enjoyed it very much. And you are a wonderful photographer! I especially liked how you talked about the sun, and how “it gives a chance to moon.” Lovely.

    • Thanks a lot Melissa. :) I really enjoy looking at the sky. It feels good. Yes, I put little bit extra effort for this post. But I hope this post worth that. I am really glad you liked this one. And again you mentioned the perfect line of this post. You are the best Melissa. :)

  13. This post is so full of hope and love, and your photos are really lovely.
    I love this:

“But the Sun never sets leaving all of us in darkness. Rather what it does- it gives a chance to moon to make this world beautiful with its light. The moon not only brings love , romance or togetherness in to our lives but also it brings a hope to all of us…”

You are such a romantic person at heart, no?

Can you explain the “weekly photo challenge”. Whose photo challenge?

    • Wow! Thanks a lot ! :) I am really glad you liked it.
To be honest I am not sure if I am romantic from heart. By the way I really do not know, why everyone thinks so. :)
This weekly photo challenge is something, where a topic is given to create a post with photographs describing that topic. Last week the topic was hope. You can get that topic by subscribing to a blog. One topic per week and accordingly you have to create a post that week. Lot’s of blogger participate in that challenge. It’s really fun. :P)

  14. Oh, man. That John Lennon quote from Imagine just made my heart melt. That song holds so many beautiful memories for me.

Whenever I look up at the sky, I found myself a bit frightened. It’s so great and big, and I’m so small. Your pictures are beautiful.

    • Yes, that John Lennon quote is really beautiful, it has a deep & honest thought behind it. But why are you afraid of the sky? What if it is big and you are so small; you must be happy that nature is offering you something beautiful as sky to search peace, happiness and joy. I just look at the sky as a huge space, where I can fly with my dreams; where I can spend some quality time with my self. I hope, from next time, you will try to search these thing in the sky. I can assure you, sky will not disappoint you. :)
Thank you for sharing your thought here. I really appreciate it. :)
